The Bible

We believe the whole Bible, from Genesis 1:1 to Revelation 22:21, as the Word of God, verbally inspired and infallible. II Timothy 3:16; II Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1:19-21; I Thessalonians 2:13.

Virgin Birth of Christ

We believe that Jesus Christ was born of the virgin Mary and the He is the Son of God and God the Son, John 1:2, 14; Luke 1:35

The Death of Christ

We believe that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the scriptures, 1 Corinthians 15:3, 4; I Peter 2:24; Ephesians 1:7; Romans 4:25.

The Resurrection of Christ

We believe that Christ arose from the dead on the third day according to the scriptures, Acts 1:9, 10; I John 2:1.

The Intercession of Christ

We believe that only He is our Great High Priest, and that we do not need the intercession of any man, but that Christ lives forever to intercede for us, Hebrews 4:14; 7:2

The Second Coming of Christ

We believe that Christ will come again, personally, bodily and visibly. This is to establish His reign over all the earth. I Thessalonians 4:13-18; Zachariah 14:4-11; Revelation 19:11-16, 20:1-6; I Thessalonians 1:10, 5:9; Revelation 3:10.

Salvation

We believe that for a person to be saved, he or she must me born again, Ephesians 2:8-0; John 3:1-21; Hebrews 9:11-14; Acts 3:19; John 1:12; Romans 6:1-23; Hebrews 10:10; John 10:28-29; Acts 4:12.

Baptism

We believe that each born-again-believer must should make a statement of faith through the act of baptism (immersion under water) illustrating the death, burial and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, Romans 6:1-10; Matthew 3:13-17; Acts 8:36-38, 2:41; Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 1:5, 5:21-33; I Corinthians 12:4-31; Matthew 3:11; Hebrews 2:23

The Local, New Testament Church

We believe that the church is a body of called out, baptized believers whose mission it is to preach and teach the Gospel of Salvation to every individual soul, Colossians 1:18; Ephesians 1:22-23; 5:21-23; I Corinthians 12:4-31; Matthew 3:11; Hebrews 12:23.

The Four Parts of the Church Program

  1. Recognize Christ as the only Head of the church, Ephesians 1:22, 4:15; Colossians 1:18.
  2. Obey the Holy Spirit as the church’s only Administrator, John 14:16-26.
  3. Proclaim the Word of God as the church’s only message, II Timothy 4:1-3.
  4. Win souls as it’s only mission, Acts 13:1-3; Matthew 28:19-20
