On the second Sunday of May, Mr. Jesus Moreno, the grandfather of one of the boys that rides my bus to church every week, Lino, came to church, received Christ as his personal Saviour and was baptized. Lino, who is 11 years old, had already been saved and baptized a few months ago and he was really excited to get to see his grandfather take these steps of faith.
Mr. Moreno has been coming faithfully. He received a copy of a hard-back Bible that we give every person on their second visit after being baptized in our church. These Bible were donated to us and we have given out several hundred since November of Last year. We are so blessed to be in a place where people are open to the Gospel and get excited about coming to church.
I got to preach in the Sunday morning service yesterday. During the invitation 8 people made a public profession of faith and 5 were baptized. It never get’s old!
Our May graduation of the Mount Hebron Baptist Bible Institute was special this year. 23 young men and women received their diplomas of Christian Education. Having received their training in a soul winning church, they are prepared to go out in to their fields to plant churches of their own and join hands with other pastors to spread the Gospel in the country of Mexico. We have a great team of teachers here are Mount Hebron Baptist Bible Institute who love God and have a desire to see people saved. Jenny and I are honored to get to work with these fine people.
Please keep praying for our safety as live and work in this area of the country. The violence has not decreased. We are always careful wherever we go but we know that only the Lord can keep us here as long as He has use of us.
Pray for us as we try to raise some more support during the next 12 months. We are beginning to book missions conferences. If you do not yet support us and have an opening available in your next missions conference, please consider scheduling us. We need to raise about $1,000 US per month.
Thank you for your support and please continue to pray for the Ashcraft family in Monterrey, Mexico.

Enjoyed your stories and videos the boys are sure growing. Praise the Lord that he is keeping you all safe down there. We pray for you each day in your quest to find and save the lost of this world.
May God bless and keep you all safe and out of harms way.
Jackie

I am still amazed every time I read your letters at how God is blessing your ministry. We serve a mighty God. I continue in prayer for you and your family. Love and prayers from Grace Baptist Church, Delaware, Ohio.
Dear Trudy,
Thank you so much for praying for us. We are indebted to those who keep up before the Lord in prayer. Your comments encourage us to stay in the fight!
